Role Description The Software Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Semarang. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support the organization's digital services and internal operations. Daily tasks include implementing back-end web features, optimizing system performance, fixing bugs, and ensuring security and reliability of applications. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, documenting technical solutions, and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language.
Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in production systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Semarang and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with version control systems, software testing practices, and secure coding standards.
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
