Job Description

Accommodation engineering team in Traveloka is looking for a passionate software engineer who, along with our excellent software development team, will be responsible for designing, building, improving, or maintaining our backend applications. You might be exposed to several technologies such as rule engine, hotel and room data mapping, inventory aggregation, devops-related applications, and others.

You will also be working with cross-functional team to verify problems, discuss the best and pragmatic solution, and work together to realize it. We work in an open environment where there are no boundaries or power distance. Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind, propose ideas, influence others, and continuously grow themselves.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university
• Having minimum 1 year of experience in software engineering
• Passion in software engineering and desire to continuously improve
• Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, design patterns, and algorithms
• Can collaborate effectively with the team
• Knowledge and experience in using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Terraform, AWS is a plus
• Comfortable working with cross-functional team
