Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot.
- Build scalable APIs and event-driven components.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability.
- Collaborate with architects to define platform standards and patterns.
- Implement secure, compliant engineering solutions aligned with enterprise guidelines.
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers across teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years backend engineering experience.
- Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Experience with using AI like Copilot, Devin to do development
- Familiarity with Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
