Job Description

Programmer Marketing Communication (Marcom)

General Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer, PHP Developer, or Data Programmer
Strong proficiency in PHP with solid experience using MVC architecture
Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter (CI) framework
Proficient in MySQL for database design, development, and performance optimization
Working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
Experience using Bootstrap (CSS framework) for responsive web design
Experience in developing, maintaining, and integrating ERP systems
Experience in system development related to Marketing Communication (Marcom) processes
Experience collaborating with the Marketing Communication (Marcom) to gather requirements and implement system solutions
Strong understanding of database architecture, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning
Familiar with secure coding practices and data protection standards
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize complex database structures (tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, and functions)
Build and maintain web applications, reporting, and analytics modules using PHP (MVC / CodeIgniter)
Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery
Develop and enhance systems that support Marketing Communication (Marcom) operations
Work closely with the Marketing Communication (Marcom) Department to analyze business processes and translate requirements into system features
Design and implement stable, secure, and high-performance database and application solutions
Perform database backup, restoration, monitoring, and security management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous system improvement and application development
