Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite based on business requirements.
Build and manage NetSuite customizations.
Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems.
Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform bug fixes, and improve system performance.
Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment of new features.
Ensure system security, stability, and compliance with best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 23 years of experience as a Software Developer or ERP Developer in retail or FMCG industries.
Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (implementation, customization, or support).
Strong knowledge of SuiteScript (JavaScript-based), workflows, and NetSuite configurations.
Experience with system integrations using APIs.
Understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, especially finance and accounting, is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
