Our client, a retail health and personal care products for men based in Bekasi, is looking for a Social Media Supervisor/ Asst. Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care.
Strong and proven expertise in TikTok, short-form video content, and social commerce.
Proven experience developing end-to-end campaigns with measurable results in awareness, engagement, and especially conversion/GMV.
Strong understanding of TikTok content strategy, hooks, storytelling, trends, and content performance optimization.
Experienced in developing content strategy, content pillars, campaign ideas, and editorial calendars.
Proven ability to lead and manage a creative/social media team.
Strong creative thinking combined with data-driven and commercial thinking.
Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results is required.
