We are searching for an Autonomous Conceptor—a self-driven Social Media Strategist who lives on the timeline, breathes crypto culture, and possesses the rare ability to bridge high-end Web2 lifestyle branding with cutting-edge Web3 innovation.

The Role & Platform Focus
You will own, sculpt, and amplify BVR ONE's digital identity across four distinct battlegrounds:
- X (Twitter): Live on the front lines. Monitor global trends daily, drop tactical updates, write compelling hooks, and engage with real-time market banter to drive public engagement.
- LinkedIn: Put on the suit. Craft high-quality, long-form thought leadership content focused on business updates and the Real-World Asset (RWA) utility of BVR ONE to attract corporate and institutional investors.
- Telegram: Keep the alpha flowing. Manage official narratives, compile weekly recaps, design concise infographics, and ensure token holders receive transparent, aligned updates.
- Instagram: Bridge the worlds. Execute visually driven storytelling that transitions our Web2 audience into the Web3 ecosystem through Reels, lifestyle branding, community highlights, and social proof.
- Analytics & Growth: Track performance metrics daily, run aggressive content experiments, collaborate with marketing and design teams, and deliver clear insights to stakeholders.
The Autonomous Conceptor Standard: You don't wait for a daily task list. You spot the trend, design the campaign, write the copy, direct the creative, and own account performance end-to-end.
- Bali-Based: Must be currently located in Bali (or willing to relocate immediately) to collaborate directly with our team on-site.
- Crypto-Savvy & Web3 Native: Thoroughly immersed in the blockchain space with a solid grasp of crypto terminology, DeFi/NFT mechanics, and Web3 culture. Zero baseline training required.
- Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience managing and growing social accounts (specifically X, Telegram, Instagram, and Web3 communities). You have a portfolio proving you can build a distinct brand voice and drive engagement.
- Algorithm & Trend Master: Capable of independently spotting fast-moving platform trends and algorithm shifts, translating them instantly into high-impact content.
- Multi-Voice Storyteller: Seamlessly transition from fast-paced, casual X banter to polished, executive-level LinkedIn articles on the same afternoon.
