SKINTIFIC is a science-driven beauty brand redefining skincare through innovation and results. As we expand in the US market, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist (US Market) to drive localized content, grow our digital presence, and engage beauty-savvy audiences across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Creation Planning and managing social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement. Creating posts with images, videos, and captions that reflect the brand's tone and goals.
- Community Management Engaging with followers through timely responses to comments and messages, managing feedback, and maintaining a positive online community. Building relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Campaign Management Running campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions. Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure consistent messaging and reviewing results for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring & Research Staying updated with social media trends, tools, and competitor activities. Adjusting strategies based on audience preferences and responses.
- Performance & Reporting Tracking content and campaign performance using analytics tools. Preparing regular reports and suggesting ideas to help achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience of proven experience in social media management (Instagram & TikTok)
- Enthusiastic about the beauty industry; experience in beauty or consumer goods is preferred.
- Prior experience in promoting beauty brands on social media is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Bachelor degree from any major, reputable US university or overseas will be advantageous
- Willing to work full-time from our office in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
