We are looking for a strategic, adaptive, and high-ownership individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist, serving as the key driver of content strategy, digital engagement, and brand communication across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communications and maintain strong professional relationships
- Handle end-to-end account management across branding, business strategy initiatives
- Oversee and monitor social media accounts for clients and internal brands
- Prepare briefs, timelines, and coordinate project execution with internal teams
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with project objectives and deadlines
- Provide strategic input on branding, and business growth opportunities
- Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows to improve ideation, efficiency, and execution
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term client development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Branding, or related fields
- Strong interest in branding, and business strategy
- Good understanding of social media management and digital communication
- Familiar with AI-driven tools/workflows for professional use
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- High sense of ownership and accountability toward project outcomes
- Fluent in English conversation and professional communication, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship/work experience in agency, consultancy, branding, or creative environments
- Experience with content planning and campaign strategy
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Environment, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
