Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinic industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
• Skilled in content planning, copywriting, storytelling, and trend research.

Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies and content calendars for TikTok and Instagram.
• Conduct trend, audience, and competitor research to identify content opportunities.
• Develop content concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs aligned with marketing objectives.
• Manage social media publishing, community engagement, and daily platform activities.
• Source, brief, and coordinate KOLs or content creators for brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with Content Creators, Creative Editors, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Monitor content and KOL performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Identify high-performing organic and KOL content opportunities for amplification through paid advertising.
