Social Media Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist role based in Bandung. The Social Media Specialist will manage daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams, executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and providing regular reports and recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, platform-appropriate content.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, community interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of SEO and content trends.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in Bandung and collaborating within a team environment.
• Relevant education or training in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
