Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining all Power Commerce Asia social media accounts
• Develop and produce end-to-end social media content, including ideation, planning, content creation, editing, and uploading
• Create creative, expressive, and engaging content that reflects the company's brand identity and corporate image
• Stay updated with social media trends, relevant topics, and emerging content formats to create timely and relevant content
• Monitor, report, and analyze content performance to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future strategies
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information, identify potential stories, and generate relevant content ideas
• Ensure all published content aligns with the latest company updates, brand identity, and corporate communication guidelines
• Take ownership of assigned projects while being able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work
• Able to use graphic design and content creation tools, such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.
• Creative, expressive, and confident in communicating ideas and translating them into engaging content
• Agile and adaptable, with the ability to quickly respond to trends, changing priorities, and new content opportunities
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret social media insights and performance data to drive strategic improvements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
• Able to work independently with strong ownership while also being a collaborative team player
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
