Photomatics is an automatic photo machine services company established in 2017. We have partnered with coffee shops and communal spaces in more than 24 cities, operating 150+ branches, and collaborated with 50+ brands and events.
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and develop personal social media accounts aligned with personal branding objectives and company values. This role focuses on content planning, execution, engagement, and maintaining a strong and positive digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies focused on personal branding.
- Plan and manage content calendars for personal social media accounts.
- Create content ideas, captions, and storytelling aligned with the account owner's personality and positioning.
- Edit and prepare video content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the personal branding strategy.
- Publish and manage content across relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages professionally.
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital culture.
- Maintain the reputation and digital image of the account owner.
- Manage and coordinate the account owner's personal schedule related to public activities such as talk shows, seminars, panel discussions, brand appearances, and other public engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Experience managing personal, creator, or brand-led social media accounts.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with strong content and visual sense.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
