ROLE SUMMARY
Miniletics is looking for a Social Media Specialist who can help us grow and maintain our brand presence across social media through strong content distribution, platform understanding, and engaging communication.
This role is not just about uploading posts.
We are looking for someone who can:
- understand the story behind the content
- edit short-form videos into engaging social media content
- distribute content properly through each channel
- write captions / supporting copy when needed
- engage with the audience through comments and platform activity
- help make sure our content reaches people in a relevant and consistent way
You will work closely with the creative/content team, but you are also expected to be hands-on in execution.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Distribute content across Miniletics social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other relevant platforms
- Upload and schedule content with proper captions, tags, thumbnails, and platform formatting
- Edit short-form videos for social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Understand the storyline and message of content before publishing
- Support content repurposing across different channels and formats
- Monitor comments, replies, and audience interactions on social media
- Engage with audiences in a brand-appropriate, active, and thoughtful way
- Help maintain consistency in posting and content flow across channels
- Coordinate with creative and marketing team regarding content timeline and publishing plan
- Stay updated with relevant social media trends, formats, and platform behavior
- Support basic reporting or observation on what content performs well and why
WHAT YOU'LL NEEDEssential Qualities:
- Experience in social media handling, content execution, or related digital roles
- Able to edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
- Good understanding of social media platforms and how content should be adjusted for each channel
- Able to understand content flow, hook, pacing, and basic storytelling
- Comfortable writing simple, natural, and engaging captions or supporting copy
- Responsive, detail-aware, and able to work with speed
- Comfortable engaging with audiences through comments and interactions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle execution consistently
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, fitness, or activewear brands
- Familiar with social media trends, meme culture, and platform-native content
- Has a good sense of what makes content feel relatable and engaging
- Can turn raw footage into cleaner, more watchable social content
- Understands the difference between content that looks nice and content that actually works
- Personal interest in fitness, wellness, or self-growth is a plus
