Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in managing brand social media accounts, including posting content and updating stories.
Support content ideation based on trends and team direction.
Help schedule and upload content according to the content calendar.
Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, comments, etc.).
Assist in handling basic audience engagement such as replying to comments and DMs (as directed).
Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, and audience insights.
Assist in preparing regular social media performance reports.
Support other social media-related tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong interest and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Creative, communicative, and passionate about digital content.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work according to deadlines.
Willing to learn and able to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience in social media projects, internships, or student organizations is a plus.
