Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing brand social media accounts, including posting content and updating stories.
- Support content ideation based on trends and team direction.
- Help schedule and upload content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, comments, etc.).
- Assist in handling basic audience engagement such as replying to comments and DMs (as directed).
- Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, and audience insights.
- Assist in preparing regular social media performance reports.
- Support other social media-related tasks assigned by the team.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interest and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Creative, communicative, and passionate about digital content.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work according to deadlines.
- Willing to learn and able to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience in social media projects, internships, or student organizations is a plus.
