Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with HINT's brand strategy.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize social media performance based on content insights.
• Manage daily social media activities in collaboration with the creative team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to produce advertising content for events, job openings, and product launches.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing social media and writing engaging content/copywriting.
• Has experience in a creative agency or beauty-related company is preferred.
• Strong understanding of current trends, especially in the beauty industry, with the ability to craft persuasive and catchy copy.
• Passionate about beauty, outgoing personality, and has a distinctive writing style.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or VN.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) at Kembangan, West Jakarta.
