Responsibilities

• Manage and grow two feeder accounts (China & Japan).
• Conduct daily research on trending topics (local & global) and prepare weekly & monthly content calendars.
• Produce and publish daily posts for feeds, including clipping/reposting trending content using basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva)
• Write captions, hashtags, and light copywriting aligned with each account's style.
• Ensure all content meets brand strategy standards and is viral-ready (clipping format, pacing, audio, hooks).
• Creating Instagram Stories to promote Cetta.
• Monitor performance (reach, impressions, engagement, growth), provide insights, and prepare monthly reports.
• Engage with audiences (comments, DMs, interactions with relevant accounts).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any major, preferably Communication, Marketing, or Multimedia).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt content for different audiences (China & Japan).
• Strong understanding of social media trends or news in Japan and China (local & global viral topics).
• Skilled in CapCut, Canva, and other basic editing tools.
• Basic copywriting skills (captions, hashtags, short storytelling).
• Comfortable working with daily targets while maintaining consistent quality.
• Proactive, communicative, and experienced in research & performance analysis.
