We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands how Instagram and TikTok really work, and knows how to turn creative ideas into views, traffic, and growth.

If you live in the world of short-form content, know how to make people stop scrolling, and enjoy content that performs — this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Create and publish daily short-form content on Instagram & TikTok (UGC-style, trend-based)
• Handle content end-to-end: ideation shooting editing posting performance review
• Stay on top of trends, viral formats, and creator movements — and adapt them into on-brand content
• Optimize content for performance (views, reach, engagement)
• Collaborate with our Creator / KOC Program to scale reach and content volume
• Monitor weekly performance and share insights to improve results

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok
• Confident and natural on camera
• Sharp instincts for attention-grabbing content
• Proficient with CapCut or similar editing tools
• Able to work independently, move fast, and stay consistent
• Performance-driven mindset (beyond likes & followers)
• Pet owner (cats or dogs)
• Experience managing daily-posting social media accounts
• Experience working with UGC creators or KOCs
