  • Manage and publish daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Discord, etc.).
  • Develop content calendars aligned with tournaments, campaigns, and brand objectives.
  • Write engaging captions and adapt messaging for different platforms.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and production teams to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Cover esports events, tournaments, and community activities through real-time social media updates.
  • Monitor social media trends, gaming culture, and emerging content formats.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and discussions professionally.
  • Track content performance and prepare basic weekly or monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to work with the team according to project needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus.
  • Passion for gaming and esports, with knowledge of popular game titles, esports tournaments, and gaming communities.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiar with major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays during tournaments and events. (optional)
