• Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
• Min. 2 years experience as a Social Media Officer, preferably in a Media Industry.
• Strong research, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with social media trends, audience behavior, and content strategies to increase reach and engagement.
• Able to work under tight deadlines, meet performance targets, and keep up with the latest news developments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create news content for social media platforms in various formats, including carousels, short-form videos, and single-image posts.
• Manage the end-to-end content production process from news research and scriptwriting to sourcing images and visual assets, writing captions, and publishing content.
• Ensure all content is accurate, informative, engaging, and relevant to the target audience and the latest news developments.
• Monitor social media content performance and evaluate results to improve reach and engagement.
