Social Media Officer – Headstart Digital

Responsibilities :

• Monitor complaints or enquiries (DMs, Comments) on social media accounts and reach out to provide assistance.

• Improving social media experience, creating engagement with audiences, and facilitating organic growth.

• Managing content upload schedules.

• Respond to audience queries in a timely and accurate way.

• Update our internal databases with information about issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferably experienced in handling inbound on social media admin platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of social media platform (Instagram & Tiktok).
• Catch up with the latest social media trends.
