Social Media Marketing Specialist (Remote Job)

Simon & Tom Indonesia is looking for a creative and responsive Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to manage our Indonesia social media presence. This role covers content planning, design, community management, and influencer marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of Simon & Tom's cosmetic products to create accurate and engaging content.
Monitor social media trends and propose content ideas aligned with the brand, including static posts and short-form videos.
Design and produce visual content, including posters, advertisements, social media images, and videos.
Manage and oversee the Simon & Tom Indonesia social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok.
Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and enquiries to support engagement and sales conversion.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying and reaching out to influencers.
Coordinate product deliveries to influencers and ensure timely follow-up on collaborations.
Support paid advertising efforts on Meta and Google Ads where applicable.

Requirements:

Indonesian citizen
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design
A strong portfolio showcasing design and/or social media work is required
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok, with a good understanding of current social media trends
Highly responsive and able to reply to messages and enquiries in a timely manner
Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus
Experience in video content creation and editing is a plus
Willingness to appear on camera in the brand's content is a plus
Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
