Social Media Marketing Specialist [Padel Retreat Kemang]
Skills:
- Strong communication and management skills
- Understand effective advertising techniques to boost brand awareness (eg. promotions, competitions, collaborations)
Duties:
- Create daily content (IG Story & Feed Post)
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedule and alignment with marketing campaigns & events
- Build online and offline presence (eg. tournaments, private/corporate events)
- Assist with handling events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communication or any related major
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
Requirements:
- Passionate in content creating
- Creative and able to generate innovative ideas
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in basic English to create English captions/content writings
- Up to date with current trends, knows how to engage with audience
- Skilled in editing tools (eg. Canva) and simple video-editing
- Have experience in handling social media and content writing/copywriting is a plus
- Must be able to work in Kemang, Jakarta Selatan
