Job Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and organized Social Media Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital presence and drive growth across our social and e-commerce channels.

As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand. You will be responsible for end-to-end social media managementfrom strategizing marketing plans to executing content and managing e-commerce integrations. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning
Marketing Plan: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.
Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest social media trends, audio, and formats (especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels) to keep the brand relevant.

2. Content Management
Content Planning: Conceptualize engaging content ideas, campaigns, and storylines that resonate with our target audience.
Content Calendar: Create, manage, and maintain a rigorous monthly editorial calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Copywriting: Write compelling captions, scripts, and headlines that drive engagement and clicks.

3. KOL & Influencer Management
Identify and vet potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers that align with our brand values.
Handle end-to-end communication with KOLs, including negotiation, briefing, shipping products, and monitoring their output/performance.

4. E-Commerce Handling
Integrate social media efforts with our e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
Drive traffic from social channels to store pages to increase conversion rates.
Coordinate with the sales team to promote seasonal campaigns (e.g., Payday Sale, Double Dates) via social media.

5. Community & Analytics
Community Management: Engage with followers, reply to comments/DMs, and foster a loyal community around the brand.
Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (Engagement, Reach, CTR, ROAS) on a monthly basis to optimize future strategies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of E-commerce ecosystems (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.) and how to drive sales through content.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English & Bahasa
Experience in KOL/Influencer management is a strong plus.
Basic proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, or Adobe Suite).
Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
