Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Write engaging captions and basic copy for posts, reels, and stories
- Monitor daily activity: comments, DMs, mentions, and tags
- Maintain positive engagement and brand communication using approved tone & guidelines
- Track trends, competitors, and platform updates to generate content ideas
- Prepare monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, growth)
- Analyze insights and recommend improvements for content and strategy
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and internal teams
- Prepare and manage monthly social media content calendars
