Responsibilities:
- Create short-form video content and engaging captions
- Collaborate with students and creators on relatable content
- Build repeatable content frameworks and track performance
- Support campaigns with GTM and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Experience creating viral content with strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Ability to execute concepts quickly from idea to publishing
- Data-driven, creative, and results-oriented
Work Setup:
- On-site in South Tangerang (location TBC)
