As a Social Media Intern, you will support HGS in building a consistent and professional digital presence. You will assist in content planning, content creation, posting, community engagement, and performance reporting across our social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily content execution for Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn (posting, captions, hashtags, basic scheduling).
- Assist in content ideation: topics, hooks, scripts, and simple storyboards.
- Create simple visual/video assets (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Support short-form video production: shooting, basic editing, and subtitle insertion.
- Monitor comments/DMs and support community engagement with proper tone and etiquette.
- Track weekly performance (reach, engagement, growth, top content) and summarize learnings.
- Assist campaign/activation needs (promos, recruitment posts, product info, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales/operations) to collect content materials and product updates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (Marketing/Communication/Advertising/Business/Design or related).
- Active social media user who understands trends and platform behaviors.
- Able to write clear captions in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
- Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus (not mandatory).
- Basic editing skills using Canva/CapCut or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to follow brand/approval processes.
- Able to work from office (Greenlake area) with minimum commitment (e.g., 35 days/week).

- Portfolio of posts/reels/TikTok (personal or campus org accounts are acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of content metrics (CTR, reach, engagement rate) is a plus.
- Experience managing community for a brand/organization.
