Status Pro Sport is a one-stop football marketing agency for professional football players, trainers, Esport players, and supporting professionals. Our team consists of (former) players, experienced entrepreneurs, and fully dedicated professionals to support our clients through their entire journey. We represent our clients interests to help them achieve maximum results, both athletically and in business. Our head office is located in the Netherlands, where we have been operating for over 10 years. Since 2020, we have also been active in Indonesia.

As a Social Media Intern at Status Pro Sport, you will support the development and execution of our social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. You will contribute to content creation, digital engagement, and campaign support while learning directly from industry professionals. This role is designed for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sports marketing, social media management, and digital content production. You will be involved in day-to-day execution, research, trend monitoring, and community engagement that will help strengthen our brand visibility and digital community within the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing digital and social media content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Support content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, including basic editing, caption writing, and scheduling.
• Conduct research on content trends, football culture, and competitor activities to provide input for new ideas.
• Help monitor real-time audience engagement and support community interaction initiatives. • Assist in coordinating influencer activities, including researching potential KOLs and preparing communication materials.
• Support digital amplification for offline events, including pre-event teasers and post-event highlights.
• Help prepare assets for digital campaigns, such as social media posts, simple promotional materials, and basic reporting.
• Monitor analytics dashboards to support the team in tracking performance and improvements. Assist in organizing media, content libraries, and visual guidelines for internal use.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and sports especially football.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with simple editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, VN, Lightroom) is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and explore new content ideas.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines responsibly.
• Fluency in English is mandatory
