Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support daily social media operations, including posting, caption writing, and basic community management (replying to comments & DMs)
Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to improve engagement
Help in developing content ideas aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
Collaborate with the design and marketing team for content production
Track and report basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.)

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field
Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
Familiar with major social media platforms (especially Instagram & TikTok)
Up-to-date with social media trends and internet culture
Basic copywriting skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
