About the Role

As the Social Media Intern, you will drive the brand's digital presence, focusing on short-form video (TikTok/Reels). Responsibilities span the entire content lifecycle: conceptualizing trends, interviewing talent at live events, editing dynamic clips, and analyzing performance data weekly. This collaborative role requires partnering with E-commerce and Performance Marketing to ensure content not only looks good but also drives business results and ad conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Produce daily engaging content, including short-form videos (TikTok/Reels), high-quality photography, and compelling captions.
  • End-to-End Production: Lead the shooting and editing process to ensure our brand stays ahead of social trends.
  • Creative Brainstorming: Collaborate on new content series, campaign ideas, and innovative formats to keep our audience hooked.
  • On-the-Ground Execution: Capture interview-based content with talents and influencers during brand activations and events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with E-commerce and Performance Marketing teams to develop high-converting video assets for Meta and TikTok ads.
  • Data & Insights: Produce clear weekly reports on engagement and ad performance. Aid in documentation and reporting as needed.
  • Integrated Marketing Support: Support brand initiatives, events, creative production, and special marketing projects for a cohesive brand experience.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with minimal supervision.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in initiating conversations, building connections and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Prior experience in social media management and/or brand partnerships is a bonus.
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
