About the role:
In this role, you'll assist in creating dynamic, engaging social media content for Pawsure Indonesia. You'll manage day-to-day social media activity, ensure our content aligns with our brand voice, and collaborate with our marketing team to execute creative campaign projects that drive engagement. Your creativity will be at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, planning, and execution of engaging social media content across various platforms, especially Tiktok.
- Help manage daily social media activity and ensure content is consistent with brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on social media trends, audience feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Create a brief for the social media content.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a community around our brand.
- Research industry-related content and share ideas to keep the content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experienced in managing social mediamedia especially TikTok & Instagram (organization, community, or personal).
- Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
- Strong passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Creative, with an eye for design and detail, and a knack for storytelling through copywriting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
- Ambitious, creative, proactive, hungry to learn, quick learner, and ready to work in a fast-paced company.
- Available and committed for 6 months internship
