Social Media Instructor

Location: Nusa Dua, Bali

Employment Type: Part-Time (1–2 days per week, 3 hours per subject session)

Compensation: IDR 150,000 – IDR 200,000 / subject session

R.O.L.E. Foundation (Rivers, Oceans, Lands, and Ecology) is a non-profit organization based in Nusa Dua, Bali. We empower local communities through practical education programs to protect the environment and build sustainable livelihoods.

Under R.O.L.E. Foundation, Bali WISE focuses on empowering marginalized young Indonesian women through high-impact vocational skills, education, and career development, helping them break the cycle of poverty and step into sustainable careers.

Bali WISE is seeking a passionate and hands-on Social Media Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will teach two distinct modules: Social Media Marketing and Social Media Advertising.

You will directly equip our students with practical, industry-relevant digital skills to prepare them for successful careers in modern hospitality and business.

1. Instruction & Exam Preparation

• Teach practical modules in both Social Media Marketing and Social Media Advertising.
• Design, prepare, and administer comprehensive student examinations for both subjects.

2. Student Evaluation & Scoring

• Assess and score student academic performance, practical assignments, and exams.
• Submit accurate grade reports before designated program deadlines.

3. Curriculum & Module Maintenance

• Deliver classes in alignment with the Bali WISE syllabus, curriculum, and educational modules.
• Regularly review and update course materials to reflect current social media algorithms, tools, and industry trends.

4. Policy Compliance

• Strictly adhere to and uphold the Bali WISE Child and Young Women Protection Policy at all times.

• Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for women's empowerment, education, and community development.
• Industry Expertise: Proficient in social media management and ad platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and content tools.
• Strong Communication: Excellent public speaking and instructional skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Adaptable Educator: Ability to engage, inspire, and teach a diverse group of young women from varied educational backgrounds.
