Role Description The Social Media & Host Live Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting daily content creation and live hosting activities across social platforms. The intern will assist in planning and producing short-form social media content, preparing scripts or talking points, and coordinating live sessions such as live streams, product showcases, or community discussions. Responsibilities include interacting with audiences in real time, responding to questions and comments, and helping maintain a positive and engaging environment during live sessions. The intern will collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align live content with current trends, brand objectives, and campaign goals, while tracking basic performance metrics and providing feedback on audience engagement.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear on-camera presence and engaging interpersonal communication.
Customer Service and Sales skills to respond to audience inquiries, encourage participation, and support commerce-related live sessions.
Training experience or interest in guiding audiences through products, features, or topics during live streams.
Interest in social media, live streaming, and youth culture in Indonesia.
Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Comfort with basic social media tools (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms); prior hosting or content creation experience is an advantage.
Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is beneficial for certain campaigns and collaborations.
