We're seeking a Social Media Executive bursting with creativity, enthusiasm, and charm to help bring our brand to lifeespecially on TikTok and Instagram. This role goes beyond simply posting; you'll be hands-on throughout the full content journey, from brainstorming and planning to filming, producing, and editing videos.

What You'll Do:

• Build and roll out full-scale content strategies tailored for social media (Instagram or TikTok).
• Collaborate on creative ideas, develop visual concepts, and plan content that reflects our brand goals and audience behavior.
• Be the face of the brand in videosbringing energy, charm, and confidence on camera.
• Capture and edit short-form content (like Reels and TikToks) that stays on trend while staying true to our brand.
• Organize a consistent posting schedule through a clear and well-planned content calendar.
• Launch and oversee paid social campaigns, analyzing results to fine-tune performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest in beauty, health, and wellness trends and turn them into exciting content ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience handling social media ideally in the beauty or wellness space.
• Strong creative instincts and a good eye for both visuals and storytelling.
• Skilled in using video tools and editing apps like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
• Comfortable and confident on camera with a lively, approachable personality.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital content trends, and ad metrics.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage content projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Open to working full-time from our office in West Jakarta (WFO).
