Design & Visual Production (Primary Scope)

  • Design thumbnails, covers, and supporting key visuals for daily and weekly social media content.
  • Create simple static and motion assets to support UGC and organic content.
  • Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.
  • Adapt design and layouts for different formats (feed, stories, vertical video, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all assets.

Social Media Asset Support

  • Prepare IG Storyready assets and ensure that key content is optimized for stories and highlights.
  • Assist in creating visual materials for retail content, offline activations, and internal events when needed.

Administrative & Workflow Processes (Shared Scope)

  • Create, fill, and manage CCRs for static, motion, thumbnails, and IGS assets.
  • Coordinate approval flows with Brand, CA, Compliance, and Risk and follow through until final approval.
  • Update OM trackers, SM trackers, giveaway trackers, content tracker, and related documentation on a regular basis.
  • Support giveaway workflows: help with tracking nominees, verifying data, and updating internal records.
  • Assist in third party platform content review: tracking submissions, incorporating feedback, and ensuring final assets are ready to launch.
  • Support user testimony content workflows (from cleared testimonies to asset creation and scheduling).
  • Assist with visual support for articles (key visuals, simple illustrations, or layout assets as needed).
  • Participate in weekly and monthly alignment meetings and ensure visual-related tasks are clearly tracked and updated.

Requirements

  • Strong interest and foundational skills in graphic design for social media (layout, typography, color, hierarchy).
  • Has a strong personal design aesthetic and knowledge of latest creative trends.
  • Proficiency in at least one major design tool: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (or equivalents).
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
  • Understanding of social media formats and best practices for visual content.
  • Detail-oriented, with a good eye for aesthetics and consistency.
  • Comfortable working with multiple small tasks and fast turnaround deadlines.
  • Able to collaborate closely with the Brand team to align visuals with narratives.
  • Bonus: motion graphics or animation skills, or prior experience designing for TikTok/Reels/YouTube content.
