Position: Full Time Social Media, Creative Content Creator

Location: Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia

About Us:

Fugol is a Bandung-based coffee roastery that was founded in June 2019. We offer carefully selected coffee beans for home brewers and baristas. Fugol, which stands for Future and Goals. We produce roasted coffee beans from so many different origins around Indonesia. By roasting them carefully we bring out the unique flavors and highlight the characters of each coffee.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a talented creative content creator to help us bring fresh, engaging ideas to our Social Media Platform (especially Instagram). If you're a creative content creator who loves to create engaging content, we'd love to meet you!

Requirements:

• Ability to work 5 days/week
• Preferably based in Bandung
• Proficient with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and video editing software.
• Experience working with e-commerce or food and beverage brands.
• Exceptional visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for photography, videography, and design.
• Ability to work with a team, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality content.
• Bonus if you have experience with coffee brewing techniques or any other coffee-related skills!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging coffee-related content such as our coffee products, behind-the-scenes processes, brewing tips, and fun, coffee-related content.
• Design creative posts or videos that capture attention and align with brand goals.
• Collaborate with the Fugol teams to ensure content is aligned with larger campaigns and the overall brand vision.
• Strong communication skills, creative mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Monitor social media trends within the coffee industry and broader lifestyle space to create timely, relevant, and shareable content.
