Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with 1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the brand's objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  • Stay current with beauty industry trends and social media advancements to inform content strategy.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and others
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content such as images, videos, and animations.
  • Foster and grow a vibrant and engaged social media community by actively participating in conversations, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and beauty content creators to amplify brand visibility and reach a wider audience.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships and ensuring brand alignment.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media content and campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize content strategy.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in social media content.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Familiarity with crafting a copy for social media related.
  • Strong understanding of beauty and skincare trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics.
