Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks to support the Beauty Division.
  • Support cross-functional teams in campaign execution and project coordination.
  • Help monitor beauty trends, competitors, and consumer insights.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support product launch and brand activation activities.
  • Help maintain databases and ensure accurate records.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives.
  • Provide general support for ongoing projects and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Familiarity with beauty brands, skincare trends, and social media platforms.
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, Excel, or basic analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Available for a full-time internship for 3–6 months.
  • Willing to work from office (WFO).
