About the Role

Pulau Lima Resort is looking for a Content Creator to join our documentation team, capturing guest experiences, resort activities, and everyday island life through photography and video.

This role combines visual storytelling for digital marketing with guest photography and videography services. We value a strong portfolio, a collaborative attitude, and a willingness to keep learning. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with an eye for meaningful moments and thoughtful composition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end content production, from concept development and shooting to editing, for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with a focus on digital advertising and audience engagement.
• Translate resort products, packages, and services into clear, informative visual content that is easy for a general audience to understand.
• Write accurate, engaging captions and supporting copy, applying marketing copywriting principles and storytelling to communicate the resort's brand.
• Produce photos and videos for guest documentation and social media, covering one-day trips, overnight stays, and group visits.
• Provide photography and videography services for guest activities along the coast and out at sea.
• Edit photos and videos according to the brief, from basic adjustments to cinematic edits.
• Collaborate with the front office, marketing, and resort operations teams to coordinate shoots and documentation needs.
• Regularly document internal events, facilities, and resort spaces.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience in photography or videography.
• Intermediate spoken English or above, with the ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and operate company-provided equipment, including mirrorless or DSLR cameras, action cameras, underwater rigs, and stabilizers.
• Working knowledge of photo and video editing software, such as Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• A portfolio available for presentation during the selection process.
• A cooperative attitude and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with the mobility required for shoots in coastal and offshore environments.
• Willingness to be based in and work across Karangantu, Serang, and Pulau Lima Resort.
