Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Semarang. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels to promote Pomah's interior and building material products. Daily tasks include brainstorming content ideas, scripting and filming short videos, taking product and lifestyle photos, editing visual assets, writing captions, and scheduling posts. The role also involves monitoring comments and messages, interacting with the online community, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions. The Social Media Content Creator will track basic performance metrics, suggest improvements, and ensure all content aligns with Pomah's brand identity and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and basic graphic design.
- Ability to write clear, engaging captions and adapt tone to different platforms and audiences.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, trending formats, and basic content performance analytics.
- Creative thinking and visual storytelling skills, with attention to detail in composition and branding.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities to work closely with marketing, sales, and store teams.
- Comfort working on-site in Semarang, including capturing content in store and at customer locations when needed.
- Organizational skills to manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects at the same time.
- Previous experience in social media, marketing, or content creation is preferred; experience with interior or building materials is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar).
- Willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and stay updated on social media trends relevant to Pomah's audience.
