Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Semarang for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the company's voice and brand. The role involves creating engaging posts, monitoring social media trends, analyzing metrics to optimize content strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive audience engagement and achieve business goals. Additionally, the individual will be tasked with scheduling and promoting content across various channels while maintaining a consistent style and message.

Qualifications

• Social Media Management, Content Scheduling, and Platform Knowledge (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Content Creation, Copywriting, and Creative Writing skills
• Photo and Video Editing using relevant tools and software
• Analytics and Metrics Analysis to measure performance and optimize strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing
