Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various social media platforms, creating engaging and brand-aligned content, and analyzing social media performance metrics. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with the marketing team for campaigns, staying updated on social media trends, and engaging with the audience in creative and meaningful ways.

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating content for the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry
• Highly creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand alignment
• A true self-starter — able to work independently, take initiative, and manage projects end-to-end
• Deep understanding of current social media trends and high-performing content formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)
• Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging content optimized for each platform
• Strong sense of what performs well organically and why (hooks, pacing, visuals, captions)
• Comfortable working with brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas
• Up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and emerging content styles
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Bonus points if you're data-aware, trend-obsessed, and can balance creativity with performance.
