Role summary

Own the end-to-end creation of high-performing Meta ads (Instagram Reels + static images) for a luxury brand: concept hook edit export iterate. Youll partner with our Ads Manager and Sales to ship weekly testable assets, read the data, and scale winners.

What youll do

  • Engineer hooks that stop the scroll (first 3 seconds). Build story arcs specifically for paid placements (not organic).
  • Edit premium Reels (25s) with crisp pacing, matched motion, tasteful transitions, and bold on-screen copy (silent-view optimized).
  • Design static ad sets (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) with luxury typography and minimalist layoutsmultiple variants per concept for A/B testing.
  • Ship at cadence: typically 254 new Reel concepts/week (with 23 hook variants each) about 8 static variants.
  • Own export quality: specs, compression, color, audio levels, file naming, and a tidy shared asset library.
  • Collaborate with our in-house Creative Marketing & Sales team of talented and highly motivated peers

What great looks like (30/60/90)

  • 30 days: onboarded to brand system; deliver consistent weekly volume; baseline CTR/scroll-stop rates established; Deliver the first 4 reels and 8 statics fully aligned with key stakeholder&aposs vision an creative requirements
  • 60 days: 12 breakout winners live; clear variant logic; improved 3-sec hold and link-click rates.
  • 90 days: repeatable creative testing system; template/preset library; measurable CPL improvements on your concepts.

Must-have skills

  • 46+ years creating paid social ads (Meta) for premium/luxury brands or high-ticket services.
  • Hook architecture and storyboarding for direct-response video.
  • Editing mastery: Premiere/Final Cut/CapCut Pro; motion basics (AE optional) for tasteful transitions
  • Design craft: Photoshop/Figma; typography, spacing, visual hierarchy for static ads.
  • On-screen copy (short, high-contrast, luxury tone) and CTA discipline.
  • Data-literate: comfortable iterating on CTR, 3-second hold, CPC, CPL; understands creative fatigue.
  • English fluency; strong communication and ownership.

Nice to have: Real estate/hospitality experience, Bali context, drone/grade skills, Indonesian/Bahasa.

Tools youll touch

Premiere or Final Cut, After Effects (basic), CapCut Pro, Photoshop, Figma, Google Drive.

Outcomes & KPIs youll care about

  • CTR and 3-second hold rate by creative
  • Cost per click (CPC) and Cost per lead (CPL) alignment with targets
  • Winner refresh rate and variant hit rate
  • Asset velocity (quality and on-time delivery)

Compensation & setup

Compensation: Salary based on skill, portfolio, and impact. We pay for top-tier craft. Willing to pay above market average for top-qualified candidates.

Engagement: Full-time (preferred) or contract-to-hire.

Location: Bali (Canggu/Tabanan) or remote (Bali-friendly hours).
