Role Description

The Social Media & Content Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Puncak, West Java.

This role is responsible for supporting the property's digital presence through content creation, social media management, community engagement, and marketing execution. The successful candidate will coordinate content production across hotel departments, assist with campaign implementation, and ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across all social media platforms.

The role will work closely with the Property Marketing Team, Corporate Marketing Team, Operations Departments, and external agency partners to support brand awareness, weddings, MICE, F&B promotions, and resort experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media posting, scheduling, and content publishing

• Coordinate content requests and content production with hotel departments

• Create and organize photo, video, reels, and short-form content for social media and marketing use

• Support influencer collaborations, media visits, and partnership activations

• Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and community engagement across platforms

• Assist with content calendar planning and campaign execution

• Coordinate with Corporate Marketing and external agencies on content requirements

• Maintain content libraries, digital assets, and marketing materials

• Support hotel events, weddings, photoshoots, and special activations

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and content opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and digital content platforms

• Experience creating photo, video, reels, and short-form content

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools

• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills

• Hospitality, tourism, hotel, resort, wedding, or lifestyle industry experience is preferred

• Basic photography and videography skills are highly desirable

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in basic English

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Design, or a related field is preferred
