Social Media at Cetta French

Job Description

• Assist in content research and planning with the Social Media Specialist for Cetta French
• Upload content on Cetta French's social media platforms according to the schedule
• Support content management and creation on Threads
• Reach out to students for testimonials, collaborations, or ads, and follow up as directed by the Social Media team
• Respond to non-sell direct messages (DMs) and comments on Cetta French's social media
• Actively engage with audience across all social media platforms
• Research and compile potential collaborators (Instagram Live, TikTok, collaboration posts, endorsements, guest creators, etc.)
• Create and post Instagram Stories for Cetta French
• Interact with non-followers and influencers to increase engagement

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma III or Bachelor's degree in any major, French Literature is a plus
• Proficient in using WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian, English proficiency is an advantage
• Creative, trend-aware, and up-to-date with the latest developments in social media
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, particularly in managing content calendars and upload schedules  
• Confident in initiating contact with potential collaborators, speakers, and students for testimonial-based campaigns
