Social Media Associate

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, and TikTok.
• Research trends, audience insights, and competitors to inform creative ideas.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging video and visual content tailored for each platform.
• Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and optimization of content.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
• Monitor analytics and track KPIs such as views, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
• Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Test and optimize strategies to maximize audience engagement and ROI.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their analytics tools.
• Experience in the fashion industry is would be a plus point.
• Exceptional content creation skills, with experience in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting as a plus.
• Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully growing social media accounts and executing impactful campaigns
• Passion for staying updated on social media trends and applying innovative approaches to drive results.
• Proficient in English both verbally and written.
