We're looking for a Social Media & Creator Manager to bring Partipost's brand to life on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Role Description
As the Social Media & Content Specialist, you'll own our social media presence, curate and repurpose UGC, and identify creators who fit Partipost's community. You'll help us attract influencers, new talent, and clients by showcasing the real people and stories behind our campaigns.
You'll collaborate closely with our Operations team (who manage campaign fulfilment) and our creative agency (for corporate visuals), but your focus will be authenticity, community, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Curate UGC from creators and campaigns into engaging content
- Balance corporate credibility (LinkedIn) with authentic storytelling (TikTok/IG)
- Drive consistent growth, track and optimize of Partipost's social presence (e.g., monthly follower growth rate, engagement rate benchmarks, number of leads generated)
Creator Engagement
- Identify and build relationships with promising influencers and KOCs
- Manage creator spotlights, interviews, and repost features
- Develop and maintain creator ambassador programs
- Stay on top of TikTok/IG trends and bring them into our content
Community & Brand Growth
- Showcase team culture and life at Partipost to attract new talent
- Support sales by sharing case studies and client success stories on socials
- Collaborate with Ops to ensure creator content aligns with campaign goals
- Work with external agency to supplement UGC with polished visuals
Affiliate Management
- Manage and grow the affiliate and KOL database, ensuring high-quality and high-performing partners.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates/KOLs to support ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
- Support negotiation of affiliate/KOL rates, deliverables, and timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Social Media Management, Affiliate Marketing, & Influencer/KOL Management.
- Adaptable in dynamic situations with a strong solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong understanding of TikTok, X and Instagram culture, trends, and formats
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
- Experience with basic community engagement and responding to comments or messages in a consistent brand voice
- Able to create simple visual content using Canva, CapCut, Snapseed, or other basic
- design tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and ability to track performance metrics.
- Familiarity with short-form video creation and editing tools such as Adobe Express or iMovie is a plus.
