Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing content for clients across various social media platforms
  • Support content creation, including copywriting, photoshoots, video shoots, and basic content editing
  • Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  • Monitor social media performance and provide insights for content improvement
  • Assist in community management by responding to messages and comments when needed
  • Stay updated with social media trends and contribute creative content ideas
  • Prepare simple performance reports and recap content activities

Requirements

  • Recently graduated with a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
  • Creative, proactive, and up to date with digital and social media trends Basic understanding of content planning and copywriting
  • Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
  • Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks
