We integrate AI into daily workflows GPT-5, Gemini Pro, Claude, Midjourney, Runway to move faster while keeping a strong human brand voice.
Responsibilties
1. Content Operations & Scheduling
- Receive ready-to-use content (videos, photos, designs) from the production team.
- Organise assets into structured folders and posting queues.
- Publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn based on the content calendar.
- Ensure correct formatting: tags, hashtags, mentions, locations, thumbnails, and timing.
- Keep daily posting consistent across multiple brands.
2. AI-Assisted Captioning & Copy Support
- Use GPT-5, Gemini Pro, and Claude to generate, refine, and A/B test captions and post copy.
- Adapt long-form content (blogs, videos) into short captions and snippets with AI assistance.
- Maintain tone of voice and brand guidelines while using AI as your writing assistant.
3. Brand Maintenance & Feed Hygiene
- Maintain a clean, consistent feed layout using templates from the design team.
- Update highlights, link-in-bio, and basic profile information across all accounts.
- Double-check posts for grammar, spelling, brand tone, and visual consistency before publishing.
4. Community Management (Basic Level)
- Monitor and respond to DM and comments using agreed response templates.
- Escalate important inquiries (VIP guests, partner hotels, business leads) to the relevant stakeholders.
- Track recurring questions and share insights with the Strategist and Content team.
- Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Join short daily stand-ups with the Senior Social Media Strategist and Creative Director.
- Coordinate posting needs with the video editor and visual designer.
- Maintain a simple posting/reporting sheet for management visibility (what went live, when, where).
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years in social media admin/content operations/community management in an agency or brand environment.
- Comfortable managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube for multiple accounts.
- AI-First Mindset, You've used ChatGPT/GPT-style tools to draft captions or ideas.
- Bonus if you've experimented with AI visuals (Midjourney, Firefly) or AI video tools (CapCut AI, Runway).
- You enjoy structure, checklists, and getting things right. Typos, wrong tags, or messy feeds bother you.
- You know what looks premium and on-brand, even if you're not a designer.
- Calm, reliable, able to follow strategy while still giving input.
- Clear written communication in Indonesian and basic English.
